Best Practices Mission

Tourism Excellence North is leading a Best Practices Mission ‘Building a Quality Tourism Destination: Auto & RV Touring’, and we thought you or someone you know would be interested in participating. It’ll be a great opportunity for tourism operators and community leaders to learn about a successful fly/drive and independent touring route that attracts both long-haul group tours and individual travellers!

Departing from Halifax, Nova Scotia, participants will be inspired by and learn what it takes to further develop their community’s touring route, partner with neighboring communities and municipalities and grow their share of the touring route market.

Space is limited to 12 participants. Cost is $500 for the three-day mission including accommodations, meals and transportation within the Best Practices Mission. It would be your responsibility to get yourself to the starting/ending point.

If you have any questions, know someone who may be interested, or want to register -- contact Karen Peacock @
