Following the launch of the Celebrate Ontario 2018 program on September 7, 2017, this is a reminder that we are once again offering a series of online information sessions that will be delivered via webinar (using WebEx and teleconference) to assist interested organizations in applying to the Celebrate Ontario 2018 program.
Please reserve a spot for your preferred date for one of the four Celebrate Ontario 2018 English or French Information Sessions offered.
Please note that spots are limited. Participants from the same organization are encouraged to reserve only one spot and to attend as a group.
If you already reserved a spot for a session, but did not provide your email address, please contact our office or re-register for an online information session directly via one of the links provided above. Your email address is required so that we can provide you with instructions on how to join an online information session.

Best Practices Mission — Making the Quality Shift: A Progressive Learning Tour
Where: Northern Ontario – North Bay, Sundridge, Huntsville, Algonquin Park
When: Tuesday, October 3rd – Thursday October 5th, 2017
What is a Best Practices Mission? A Best Practices Mission (BPM) is a working trip that showcases success stories from other leading travel destinations. The BPM connects you directly with entrepreneurs of all sizes who are leaders in attracting and serving visitors. You will see, experience and talk, peer-to-peer, about their successes and challenges. BPMs are one of the best ways to be inspired and to learn.
BPMs are just one of the practical and relevant tools presented by Tourism Excellence North to strengthen and improve tourism across Northern Ontario.
Who Should Attend? The Progressive Learning Tour BPM is designed specifically for owners, general/senior managers and operational/facility staff of fixed roof accommodations throughout Northern Ontario who want to improve the quality of their operation and their bottom line

Hey Canada! On Sunday, December 10, 2017, let’s skate from coast to coast to coast! We are at home on the ice so let’s lace up together to enjoy our favourite winter activity and to celebrate the completion of the Canada 150 year.
We invite communities across the country to join together in a nationwide skating party!
Anyone can organize a skating event in their community…including YOU! AND, if you organize an event for your community, you can apply for a $1,000 microgrant to help cover the costs! How? Through the Canada 150 Skating Fund!
